FAQs
| |
What is the first step? |
- You need to have a valid passport. Please apply for a visa with the Indian Mission (Embassy) in your country. Our reps/best
sellers in your country can help you with the visas. For all the reservations and information, our contact in your country will be very happy to assist you. Or you can contact us directly, we will not be able to help you with your air tickets from your country to India & back but with pleasure will offer you all kinds of travel arrangements like domestic flights, train tickets, hotels, transfers & tours and all other travel related services in India, Nepal, Bhutan & Tibet. |

What to see & how to make reservations? |
- India offer you everything - culture, history, wildlife, beaches, spirituality..... Our website is full of tourist information. You could pick up the tours given there OR, make your own programme and we will be very glad to quote you. OR, you could send us a mail for making your program. It will help us if you could give us the following information -
- the places you wish to visit
- the number of days
- the number of people
- the approximate dates
- the city of your arrival and departure
- the type/budget of hotels |
| |
Which kinds of hotels should we book? |
- We suggest you to use atleast a minimum 4 star hotels as most of the 3 star and lesser category of hotels may not be so
good. Our special rates for a good 4 star hotel in the smaller cities like Agra, Jaipur, Khajuraho, Varanasi etc costs around US$ 40 to US$ 60 per double room per night in winters (high season) and US$ 25 to US$ 40 in summers (low season - 01 May to 30 September). Our special rates for the bigger cities like Delhi, Bombay hotels will be around US$ 80 to US$ 150 in the winters and US$ 60 to US$ 100 in the summers. The luxury hotels will more expensive.
In some cities of India, some of the old palaces, forts, castles and havelis have been converted into hotels. In these cities, a stay at these hotels is highly recommended. |

How to pay? |
- In most of the cases we will be needing only a small deposit and the balance will be collected on your arrival in India. In some cases like the special train journeys, or resorts or hotels during the very peak seasons (Christmas, New Year), full payments are needed in advance. |
| |
